Ne-Yo has been delivering heat in the music industry for years and he shows no sign of slowing down any time soon. This past Wednesday, December 13, the three time Grammy-Award winner teamed up with Yung Bleu for their latest single “Stay Down.”
The song, being split into two parts, starts off as a smooth and sexy vibe with just Ne-Yo’s vocals alone. After about a minute and a half into the song, Ne-Yo is joined by Yung Bleu adding a more vibrant, hip hop sound to the track.
”Stay Down” is Ne-Yo’s second single this year after releasing “What If” back in September. Both these records are paving the way for his eighth album and first original full-length since 2018! Not only does the hit song-writer have a new album on the horizon, but Ne-Yo will also be hosting the Urban One Honors that premieres January 17th in the upcoming new year. Be sure to tap in!
